Supply Chain Warehouse Inventory Management (Level 1/2)

The Supply Chain Specialist will have responsibility to coordinate kit deliveries to support Retrofit Kitting, and Inventory cycle counting supporting 3PL annual inventories. The ideal candidate will have a background in that allow part traceability in GOLDesp, Excel and Report analysis of data from multiple systems. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to ensure that Supply Chain strategies are executed efficiently with first-time quality, which may require coordination efforts from other functions to be successful in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:- Support inventory cycle counts and the annual 3PL inventory process to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze GOLDesp inventory data to identify lost items; perform root-cause analysis and submit lost-item reports to Government Property as required.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and drive first-time quality execution.
- Coordinate SCOR Principles and metrics to ensure the Kitting Operations are working lean and according to the statement of work.
- Leads analysis activities of Kitting services and collaborate with BDS/BGS Retrofit kitting to confirm BOM accuracy and item deliveries meet kitting schedules.
- Coordinate kit deliveries to support Retrofit Kitting and ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
- Performs supplier/customer presentations and reviews that display Kitting operational goals and performance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 1+ years of experience in internal or external Supply Chain
- 1+ years of experience with GOLDesp
- 1+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience supporting U.S. and foreign government contracts

Summary Pay Range: Level 1 - $61,200 - $82,800/Annually
Level 2 - $73,950 - $100,050/Annually
