Job Duties
As our Supply Chain Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading development, implementation and strategic alignment of production testing systems supporting unit-area factory and area products. You'll also ensure area production testing requirements are effectively developed and deployed while maintaining full compliance with global test standards and framework. Lastly, you'll serve as the bridge between Global Production Test Development team and unit-area manufacturing, driving standardized yet regionally optimized test solutions for current production and new product introductions.

You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience in production or manufacturing test engineering, supporting electromechanical products in a factory or supply chain environment to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related technical discipline.

Other Listed Duties
  • Analyze production test performance and implement improvements to increase reliability, uptime, and first-pass yield.
  • Develop technical documentation, training materials, and best practices while mentoring technicians and production teams.


Other Hiring requirements
  • Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining automated production test systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of functional testing for electromechanical products, including hardware, software, and system-level integration.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), pilot builds, and production readiness activities.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $87,300 - $114,555. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
