Job Description
As Global Supply Chain - Subcontract Management - Senior; you will be responsible for multiple BTP (build-to-print) airframe suppliers to include cost, delivery and performance. Prepares bids packages and ensure delivery of parts to the production line.
What You Will Be Doing
You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer
• Experience analyzing production requirements in an SAP procurement system
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), Department of Defense (DOD) contracts or TINA
Desired skills
• Experience with metallic raw material procurement, specifications & industry network.
• Experience issuing request for proposals (RFP/RFQ), analyzing bids (supplier proposal) or in contract negotiations
• Lead and participate in supplier evaluations to assess the suppliers' readiness to meet the production and sustainment needs
• In depth understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain management
• Experienced in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
