Who You Are
As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administration, Integrated Systems & Partnerships Team (IS&P), you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program management and Lockheed Martin, GSCM Leadership. You'll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will develop and execute the acquisition strategy for various items, including modified commercial off the shelf (COTS), materials built to performance specifications and/or complex build-to-print assemblies, responsible for the management of supplier cost, delivery, technical and other required performance objectives.
You will manage subcontract efforts in support of commercial, Department of Defense (DOD), and/or international programs, working within a cross functional subcontract management team; interfacing with supplier quality program/project engineering, price/cost, compliance & others as required.
You will support development, production, and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types, exercising procurement delegation authority to sign multi-year agreements and/or purchase orders within established limits; managing the overall end-to-end subcontracting process, as well as other efforts and/or projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), Department of Defense (DOD) contracts or TINA
• Price Analysis and Negotiations Experience
Desired skills
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of experience; or a Master's Degree with 2 years of professional supply chain experience or related 8 years of professional
• Experience with FAR 15, TINA, and FAR 12 Experience
• Contract Negotiation and Execution
• SAP experience
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $66,000 - $114,425. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
