Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for...
  • Lead discrete workstreams (e.g., demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, maintenance planning, production scheduling) and drive day-to-day execution
  • Conduct process analysis and design (current/future state maps, requirements, controls, SOPs) for manufacturing/maintenance operations
  • Analyze enterprise data (maintenance, procurement, work orders, inventory, production) and convert findings into decision-ready insights and recommendations
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions; capture decisions, actions, and risks/issues/dependencies (RAID)
  • Produce client-ready deliverables (roadmaps, operating procedures, KPI frameworks, dashboards requirements, briefings)
  • Coordinate stakeholders across operations, engineering, IT, and leadership; translate technical concepts into accessible language

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 4+ years of supply chain planning and/or manufacturing/maintenance operations experience (planning, inventory, procurement, scheduling, MRO)
  • 3+ years performing structured analysis (data gathering, interviews, process mapping) and developing client-ready deliverables
  • 3+ years executing process analysis and design (current/future state, requirements, SOPs, controls) in complex environments
  • 3+ years of project delivery experience (work planning, facilitation, RAID management, deliverable ownership)
  • 3+ years directly supporting government/DoD or similarly regulated environments
  • Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Huntsville, Alabama
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, public policy, or operations management
  • 2+ years of experience supporting defense logistics, readiness, sustainment, or industrial base programs
  • 2+ years of experience developing executive presentations, decision memoranda, or data visualizations for senior leaders
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning, supply chain planning, maintenance, or asset management platforms
