In this vital role you will serve as the business lead for Production Master Data, ensuring data accuracy, governance, readiness, and operational continuity across supply chain and manufacturing processes.
The Sr. Manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Commercial, and Master Data Management teams to ensure master data is created, maintained, governed, and continuously improved in support of business objectives. This role will also lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop the applicable roadmap for data stewardship capabilities, process optimization, and operational excellence.
Data Stewardship and Governance:- Lead data stewardship activities across Operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
- Serve as the primary business lead for Production Master Data, including oversight of data standards, data quality, issue resolution, and lifecycle management.
- Establish and maintain data governance practices, controls, and documentation to support operational readiness and business continuity.
- Partner with business and technical teams to define data ownership, accountability, validation rules, and escalation pathways.
- Ensure adherence to applicable policies, procedures, regulatory expectations, and internal controls related to master data management.
Plan-to-Stock Data Load Leadership:- Oversee and coordinate data load activities supporting operational processes across the Plan-to-Stock stream of work.
- Lead planning, readiness, validation, defect resolution, and post-load support for data migration, transformation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with IT, business process owners, and functional SMEs to ensure data load requirements are understood, tested, and successfully executed.
- Monitor data load performance, identify risks or gaps, and drive timely corrective actions.
Production Master Data Leadership:- Act as the functional lead for Production Master Data across supply chain and operations processes.
- Ensure production master data supports planning, manufacturing, inventory, order management, and downstream operational requirements.
- Drive alignment between production master data processes and broader enterprise master data standards.
- Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis for production master data defects impacting business operations.
Continuous Improvement and Roadmap Development:- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on data quality, process efficiency, standardization, automation, and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain a data stewardship roadmap aligned to business priorities, system capabilities, and transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve data accuracy.
- Define key performance indicators and metrics to monitor data quality, process health, and stewardship effectiveness.
- Champion best practices and promote a continuous improvement mindset across stakeholder groups.
Cross-Functional Leadership:- Lead cross-functional teams and working groups to deliver data stewardship objectives and operational outcomes.
- Influence stakeholders across business and technical functions to drive alignment, decision-making, and accountability.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, data stewards, and business partners.
- Represent Supply Chain data stewardship in governance forums, project meetings, and operational readiness reviews.

Basic Qualifications:- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Data Management, Manufacturing, Business Process, or related experience OR
- Associate's degree and 10 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Data Management, Manufacturing, Business Process, or related experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Data Management, Manufacturing, Business Process, or related experience OR
- Master's degree and 4 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Data Management, Manufacturing, Business Process, or related experience OR
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Data Management, Manufacturing, Business Process, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience leading master data, production data, or operational data stewardship activities in a complex supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, planning, order-to-cash, and master data management processes.
- Experience supporting or leading data load, data migration, data validation, or system implementation activities.
- Knowledge of ERP, MDM, MES, planning, or supply chain systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, continuous improvement projects, or transformation roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data standards, process controls, and operational execution plans.
- Experience developing metrics, dashboards, or governance routines to monitor data quality and process performance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
