Full Job Description
You Are:
A Senior Sourcing & Procurement technology leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformations. You bring deep expertise across procurement processes and platforms, combined with the ability to lead complex programs, shape executive strategy, and grow client relationships.

You are accountable not only for delivery excellence, but also for client value realization, strategic direction, and practice growth, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

The Work:

Strategic Leadership & Client Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping S2P strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
  • Lead executive steering committees, providing clear direction on priorities, risks, and value realization
  • Define and drive end-to-end transformation strategies, aligning business objectives with S2P technology capabilities
  • Influence key client decisions across process, technology, and organizational design


Program & Delivery Accountability
  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability across large, complex S2P technology programs (multi-country, multi-phase)
  • Lead governance structures including steering committees, executive reporting, and escalation management
  • Ensure delivery excellence across design, build, deployment, and hypercare phases
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and financials, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and on budget
  • Provide oversight across functional and technical workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Integrations, Change, Data, Enablement)


Solution & Transformation Leadership
  • Drive innovative S2P solution design, leveraging leading procurement platforms and digital capabilities
  • Lead end-to-end process transformation, including procurement operating model redesign and optimization
  • Ensure alignment of technology, process, and organizational change to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Define and track value realization and business benefits


People Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop high-performing global teams, including cross-functional and distributed delivery teams
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership for Managers and Consultants
  • Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence
  • Define team structures and staffing strategies aligned to program and practice priorities


Practice Development & Growth
  • Lead and contribute to practice growth initiatives across Sourcing & Procurement technology
  • Support sales, solutioning, and deal shaping activities, including client presentations and proposals
  • Identify and drive new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and promote thought leadership, assets, and accelerators to differentiate offerings
  • Change & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Sponsor and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies, ensuring adoption and value capture
  • Engage senior business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Navigate and resolve complex transformation challenges, including organizational resistance and adoption risks


Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Sourcing & Procurement, with strong emphasis on transformation programs
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with leading S2P platforms (procurement, sourcing, supplier management solutions)
  • Experience and proven track record of leading complex, multi-country transformation programs
  • Experience engaging with and influencing senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)


Here's what you need:
  • You have strong experience in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Spend Analytics
  • You have experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
  • You have experience supporting sales pursuits and shaping transformation deals
  • You have the ability to develop compelling executive-level storytelling and presentations
  • You have experience integrating S2P platforms within broader ERP and enterprise ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • You have a track record driving innovation (AI, automation, analytics) within procurement transformations
