Overview:We are seeking a motivated
Supply Chain Project Manager & Analytics Lead for a hybrid role combining project leadership, network optimization, and advanced data analytics. You will design, optimize, and implement data-driven supply chain solutions across transportation, processing, and distribution networks for global customers.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in our Parsippany, NJ office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DO- Project Leadership: Lead concurrent supply chain projects from pre-study through implementation. Manage scope, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance).
- Data Analytics: Build KPI frameworks, interactive dashboards (Power BI), and cost models. Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive presentations.
- Network Optimization: Design and optimize distribution networks, port/yard operations, and capacity strategies to drive cost reduction and efficiency.
- Commercial Support: Assist pre-sales teams with analytical opportunity assessments, data-driven customer proposals, and ROI quantification.
- Implementation: Lead the deployment of new logistics solutions and ensure a structured handover to operational teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Influence senior internal and external stakeholders; contribute to executive reviews and steering committees
Job RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL NEED- 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience within the logistics, supply chain, or automotive industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to delivery.
- Acting as a change agent with a strong capability to drive transformation and process improvements.
- Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI(or similar visualization tools).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex cost and data models.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, monitoring performance, and conducting cost-modeling and network optimization (transportation and distribution).
- Ability to use end-to-end process analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities; a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable operational insights and executive presentations.
- Highly organized self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can drive results independently.
- Hands-on exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
