Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support demand and supply planning activities across robotics deployment programs.
- Monitor project and program progress, identify risks, and provide status updates to leadership.
- Manage demand-supply planning processes to ensure materials and products are delivered according to program timelines.
- Develop and maintain reports, models, and dashboards to support planning decisions and operational performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, constraints, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on planning priorities and execution strategies.
- Support portfolio management activities and monitor key performance indicators related to delivery and supply chain performance.
- Influence stakeholders and contribute to process improvements that enhance planning efficiency and operational execution.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, materials management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience building and managing analytical models.
- Experience with demand and supply planning methodologies and materials management processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of systems concepts and configuration management principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in supply chain planning within manufacturing, technology, robotics, or complex operational environments.
- Analyst background with experience using data to drive business decisions and process improvements.
- Experience managing large datasets and developing reporting solutions for operational planning.
