Job Duties

As our Supply Chain Product Manager, you will successfully own and manage defined product, product area, and system. You'll drive the customer value creation by owning the development agenda to ensure also the desired cost levels, quality, reliability, competitiveness, time-to-market, and disturbance-free operational processes in each phase of the product lifetime.

You will bring 10+ years of progressive and successful experience in a related engineering role to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your B.Sc. in a relevant field.

  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail by carefully reviewing work, thoroughly analyzing information, and ensuring accuracy while identifying potential issues before they impact outcomes.
  • Remains results-oriented by staying focused on priorities, following tasks and projects through to completion, and consistently achieving or exceeding goals.
  • Works in a structured and organized manner, adhering to established procedures, guidelines, and best practices while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental responsibility by promoting sustainable practices, incorporating eco-efficient values into decision-making, and serving as a positive example of environmental awareness.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $99,000 - $131,145. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
