Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain PMO located in Columbia, SC.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Embedded and Critical Power, the Supply Chain PMO drives planning, governance, execution tracking, and continuous improvement of strategic supply chain initiatives across the Critical Power business unit. This role serves as the central coordination hub for cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the business unit's growth trajectory while maintaining operational excellence. The PMO Lead establishes frameworks for portfolio management, creates transparency through executive-level reporting, and champions process standardization and digital transformation initiatives. By bridging strategic planning with tactical execution, this position enables the supply chain organization to deliver measurable results in cost reduction, inventory optimization, supplier resilience, and integration excellence.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Establish and govern the Supply Chain PMO framework, including project methodologies, tools, portfolio prioritization, RACI models, and steering committee cadence.
  • Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives such as SIOP maturity, cost reduction, supplier resilience, inventory/cash optimization, digital transformation, and network capacity planning.
  • Provide integrated program management for major transformations and integrations, including Project Watt, Phoenix TSA exit, and Crown integration, ensuring milestone and dependency tracking.
  • Deliver clear executive visibility through standardized dashboards, KPI tracking, and senior-leadership-ready reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and best-practice documentation across the supply chain organization.
  • Act as a cross-functional connector across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to align resources, manage dependencies, and ensure execution of priorities.


The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience of Program/Project Management in in Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects or programs, within supply chain.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, leadership), provide status updates, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with project tracking, documentation, dashboards, or reporting tools; strong ability to organize data, track milestones, risks, and action items.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
