Full Job Description
We are looking for a Architect, SAP Process Enablement who will join our team.

As an Architect of SAP Process Enablement you will provide thought leadership guidance to both our business process owners and to our technology delivery teams about how we run SAP-based processes well, harnessing the power of modern capabilities like S/4 HANA and Signavio. You will work with our business functions who run SAP each day and proactively identify improvement opportunities available via our SAP systems, current and future. You will mentor our business end users on SAP-based process execution and help them adopt new capabilities, both on our existing SAP systems and especially with our future S/4 HANA based systems. You will support the relationship between Business teams and SAP Technology Delivery teams to ensure we are bringing to life, the improved outcomes desired by implementing new technology solutions. This role requires someone with deep expertise in S/4 HANA Supply Chain Planning capabilities, with emphasis on SAP based processes, master data and configuration to enable SAP best practice outcomes. Experience integrating SAP S/4 HANA with other systems like Kinaxis, is a benefit we desire. This role requires someone who has first hand experiences building and running SAP in business transformation setting. Finally, this role requires someone who is strong at both verbal and written communication, as our Architects will need to effectively translate complex SAP terminology into intuitive, business focused messages that our users can gravitate to well.

In this role you will :

Strategic Planning and Thought Leadership:
- Leverage tools such as SAP Signavio or Celonis to proactively identify current state process performance and improvement opportunities
- Partner directly with business teams to understand what is working well and what requires improvement in our SAP-based processes
- Build high level plans for SAP process mapping, and define our current state (on ECC) and define future state (on S/4 HANA)
- Leverage tools such as Signavio or Celonis to support the SAP Technology delivery teams and their technical blueprint creation
- Leverage tools such as Signavio or Celonis to connect those blueprints and develop change management plans, focused on SAP-based processes
- Influence our business teams on improvement opportunities that exist, by running SAP differently


Project Management and Execution:
- Develop high level roadmaps, in partnership with business teams and technology teams, focused on improving SAP-based processes
- Partner with SAP Technology delivery teams, and support implementation of new SAP capabilities
- Ensure business teams running SAP are prepared/trained for new SAP capabilities, and running SAP well after implementations


Team Development and Mentorship:
- Identify business end users who can be grown into SAP super users
- Partner with other SAP Process Architects to create an SAP super user network
- Build SAP super user development plans and roadmaps
- Host and provide SAP focused training to SAP super users


What you'll need to be successful :

• Bachelor's Degree, Business or Management Information Systems, ,

Skills:
- Requires extensive experience in one of SAP's three core process modules (1) Sales & Distribution (2) Materials Management or (3) Financial Accounting & Controlling.
-Over 10 years of experience required, as an SAP functionality (process, data, configuration) expert in one of these three modules.
-Requires 2-3 years experience working with S/4 HANA.
-Requires extensive experience working within the front lines of a business operational team, helping those teams adopt SAP-based process and helping to improve how SAP is used each day.
-Proven track record influencing others, at multiple levels of an organization, demonstrating the ability to tailor communications to the right audience level.
-Experience effectively mentoring others, focused on SAP-based processes, is essential.

- Expert in SAP functional (process, master data and system configuration) consulting or advisory
- Expert in SAP Supply Chain Planning (PP, MM, etc). Integration experience with Kinaxis, is a benefit.
- Strong ability to document, communicate and coach SAP-based process capabilities


The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $156,900.00 - $184,600.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
