  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders for demand forecasting and compliance.
  • Engage with the Network Engineering team on requirements and designs, ensuring alignment without needing deep technical expertise.
  • Evaluate current network hardware support status and lead discussions on renewals with VARs and OEMs.

About This Role:

Crusoe seeks a dedicated and strategic Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize our purchase order process. This role is critical for driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high quality within our supply chain management, directly contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's networking services. We are looking for an innovative leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, bringing a strong background in procurement, analytical skills, and process improvement to the team. This is a full-time onsite position at our Denver, CO or Dallas, TX location.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware-from initial sourcing and requisition approvals to purchase order execution and final delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, accelerate approval cycles, and ensure a seamless operational flow.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Coupa and advanced Excel to monitor supply chain performance, build intuitive dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lifecycle & Warranty Management: Oversee hardware warranty entitlement and renewals for data center networking and compute infrastructure across a diverse multi-vendor ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting, validate technical specifications, and ensure strict process compliance.
  • Technical Expertise: Engage with the Network Engineering team on requirements, designs, and alternative solutions. Understand the overall architecture flow but not to be an expert.
  • Network Hardware Support: Evaluate current network hardware support status and lead renewal talks with VARs and OEMs
  • MSA and SLA Awareness: Drive Master Service Agreements and Service Level Agreements between our Legal/Contract team and Vendor/OEM/ODMs


What You'll Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within the energy sector or a critical infrastructure environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing complex global supply chains, driving vendor onboarding, and implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency: High expertise in Excel (data modeling, dashboards) and hands-on experience navigating enterprise procurement tools, specifically Coupa and Jira.

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $120,000 - $145,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
