About the Role We are seeking a
detail-
oriented and data-
driven Supply Chain Operations Associate to support end-to-end supply planning and execution across our North American operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate supply to support special initiatives, proactively monitoring inbound shipments, and translating sales forecasts into accurate operational and capacity plans for our warehouse network.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach to execution, and the ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, warehouses, and planning teams.
͏Key Responsibilities Purchase Order Management - Create, manage, and place purchase orders (POs) with external vendors.
- Ensure accurate order quantities and alignment of delivery dates with operational requirements.
- Maintain PO accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Inbound Shipment Tracking & Exception Management - Monitor inbound shipments from order placement through delivery.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve in-transit delays or exceptions.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment status and expected dock arrival dates.
Forecasting & Capacity Planning - Consolidate sales forecast inputs and translate them into operational demand plans.
- Partner with warehouse teams to align daily capacity planning across multiple facilities.
- Support short-term and project-based demand planning initiatives.
͏Systems & Inventory Management - Work extensively within inventory management and planning systems to:
- Configure warehouse and network capacities
- Monitor fulfillment and replenishment performance
- Ensure optimal stock levels across the North American warehouse network
- Maintain data integrity across systems and support continuous process improvements.
͏Preferred Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience working with enterprise inventory, planning, or ERP systems.
Data & Analytics - SQL proficiency or hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis, reporting, and insights.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable operational decisions.
Additional Attributes - High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

Experience: >10 YEARS.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
