Scope of Job:
The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of material master data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, creation of new material and compliance. This role will lead to the preparation and enablement of the Supply Chain team for the transition to SAP S/4HANA, including recommending best practices in data management. Additionally, the role supports Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameter configuration and spare parts inventory management to optimize supply chain performance.

Working Conditions:
85% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 15% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
Qualifications Education & ExperienceDegree: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of related master data management experience within an SAP ECC system combined with 3+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations. An equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related professional experience will also be considered.
SAP Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, with a deep understanding of material master data configuration and governance.
Data Integrity: Proven experience leading data cleansing initiatives and driving continuous improvement in master data processes.
Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets using Excel and other advanced data tools.
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (for generating process flowcharts).
Communication: Exceptional ability to write clear reports, professional correspondence, and detailed procedure manuals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at presenting complex analytical data clearly and responding effectively to inquiries from managers, clients, and external customers.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven, team-oriented approach to cross-functional problem-solving.
Experience or knowledge within the Renewable Energy industry (or similar sectors managing complex supply chain and inventory structures).
Familiarity with software implementation projects—specifically SAP S/4HANA transition initiatives—including experience gathering and documenting functional system requirements.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, and use his/her hands. The position will require travel, so the employee in this position must be able to successfully accommodate air and ground travel.
