Full Job Description
Reports to: Director of Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning, production scheduling, and cross-functional project management within a beverage manufacturing environment. This role ensures strong demand-supply alignment, efficient production execution, on-time project delivery, and continuous improvement across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

Responsibilities:

Supply & Demand Planning
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasts with production, inventory, and capacity plans
  • Develop and maintain short-term and long-term production plans
  • Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods to balance service levels and working capital
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy and manage demand variability

Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple production lines and SKUs
  • Sequence and schedule production to minimize changeovers, downtime, and waste
  • Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules based on demand shifts, material availability, and equipment constraints
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Management, Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient execution

Project Management
  • Lead supply chain-related projects, including:
    • New customer and product introductions
    • Production line expansions and capacity enhancements
    • Process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

Procurement & Supplier Coordination
  • Partner with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients, packaging, and co-packing capacity
  • Support supplier performance management related to service, quality, and lead times
  • Identify supply risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans for critical materials

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Define, track, and report key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and service level
  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce cost, waste, and cycle time while improving operational responsiveness

Systems & Data Management
  • Utilize ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Parity Factory) to support planning, execution, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate master data, including BOMs, lead times, and capacity parameters


Requirements:
