What You'll Do- Supply Chain Continuity and Fulfillment: Owns the end-to-end order execution lifecycle from purchase order creation to final delivery, ensuring customer demand is met reliably and on schedule.
- Working Capital and Inventory Optimization: Architects inventory strategies that balance optimal safety stock levels against warehouse capacity limits to eliminate stockouts while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory carrying costs.
- Strategic Forecasting and Demand Alignment: Translates macro-level customer production forecasts into precise material- and part-level execution plans to guide supplier manufacturing schedules and lead times.
- System Integration and Data Governance: Governs data integrity and transactional synchronization between the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Risk and Exception Management: Establishes and enforces robust protocols for claims handling, vendor compliance, quality documentation, and financial reconciliation to safeguard company assets against operational losses.
What You Need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including at least 3 to 5 years in a formal people-management or team-leadership role.
- Professional supply chain certification, such as Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
- Planning Expertise: Mastery of statistical forecasting, inventory modeling, and material requirements planning systems; Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge of major enterprise systems and warehouse data auditing; Compliance Management: Comprehensive understanding of quality tracking, compliance standards, and claims procedures; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to align priorities between sales, warehousing, and accounting; Process Optimization: Proven track record in continuous improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
