Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain/operations experience, preferably in aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically in SIOP and MPS management
• Experience in supplier development and scorecard management
• Familiarity with DCMA interface and military compliance requirements
• Knowledge of DMSMS/obsolescence management; understanding of MRL framework
• Proficient in AS9100D quality systems with strong negotiation skills
• Lean tool expertise including VSM, 5S, kaizen; project management skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage suppliers while maintaining the Approved Supplier List
• Source materials and manage purchase orders throughout the procurement lifecycle
• Track shipments and manage outbound deliveries to ensure customer on-time delivery
• Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse operations with strict traceability
• Manage supply chain data within the CSI SyteLine ERP system and ensure data integrity
• Lead monthly SIOP processes and maintain the Master Production Schedule
• Ensure compliance with DFARS/FAR regulations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
