You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting strategic business objectives, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Team you will belong toYou will join a global Operations team focused on supply chain excellence for the
Crushing Service Products Business Line. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring material availability, inventory optimization, sourcing effectiveness, delivery performance, and capacity planning across global operations, with a shared focus on supporting customers and business growth. We collaborate closely with Business Line Segments, Product Management, Sourcing, Inventory Planning, Order Processing, Delivery Management, Procurement teams, and Operations stakeholders worldwide. Our team is based across multiple global locations, and our ways of working emphasize collaboration, continuous improvement, customer focus, and accountability.
What you'll do- Develop and execute the Crushing Service Products Business Line supply chain strategy in alignment with business objectives and segment priorities.
- Drive on-time delivery performance, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and effective sales and operations planning (S&OP) and capacity planning activities.
- Support global procurement and sourcing operations to ensure reliable and cost-effective material supply across regions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, operational performance, and the overall supply chain footprint.
- Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Operations organization and among key stakeholders.
- Support complex special part deliveries and collaborate with Order Processing and Delivery teams to meet customer expectations.
- Partner with Product Management and Inventory Management teams to improve critical spare parts strategies, planning processes, and inventory tools.
- Act as a key escalation point and cross-functional partner for quotation support, sourcing initiatives, backlog management, lead-time improvements, master data accuracy, and complex bill of material challenges.
What you'll bring- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, planning, product management, aftermarket operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience developing and improving supply chain processes, inventory management practices, sourcing strategies, and operational performance.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across functions, organizational levels, and global teams.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and working with complex bills of materials (BOMs).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as Product Data Management (PDM) tools.
- Experience in mining, engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries and familiarity with crushing products and aftermarket processes are considered strong assets (nice to have).
