  1. SUMMARY


Position Title: Supply Chain Manager

Department: Supply Chain

Reports To: General Site Manager

Role Summary: The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution for the Naples site, including production planning, purchasing, inventory management, scheduling oversight, and supplier performance. This role ensures material availability, schedule feasibility, backlog stability, and on-time delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The Supply Chain Manager partners closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to drive execution discipline, improve inventory performance, and strengthen supplier reliability. This role does not own corporate SIOP forecasting but is accountable for site-level execution performance

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Planning & Scheduling Oversight:

  1. Oversee Master Scheduling and production planning execution
  2. Ensure feasible production plans aligned to capacity and material constraints
  3. Drive schedule adherence and backlog health performance


Purchasing & Supplier Management

  1. Lead purchasing activities and supplier performance management
  2. Drive supplier OTD, lead time reliability, and escalation resolution
  3. Support supplier qualification and risk mitigation in partnership with Quality


Inventory & Materials Management

  1. Optimize inventory levels while maintaining service targets
  2. Reduce excess and obsolete inventory
  3. Ensure inventory accuracy and material flow stability


Execution & Performance Management

  1. Own site-level OTD and delivery performance
  2. Monitor KPIs including schedule adherence, backlog health, and expedite rate
  3. Lead root cause and corrective action for execution failures


Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  1. Coach and develop planning, scheduling, and purchasing team members
  2. Establish standard work and process discipline
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. On-Time Delivery (OTD)
  2. Schedule Adherence (%)
  3. Backlog Health (% Past Due)
  4. Inventory Turns & DOH
  5. Supplier On-Time Delivery
  6. Expedite Rate
  7. All other duties as assigned.


  1. KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND COMPETENCIES
    1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
    2. 7-10 years progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing
    3. Experience leading planning, purchasing, and scheduling functions
    4. ERP/MRP system experience required
    5. Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional execution capability
    6. Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment
    7. APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
    8. Experience supporting site stabilization or transformation initiatives
