Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; SCMP preferred.
• Expertise in Asian sourcing and subcontract manufacturing, particularly in China.
• Proficiency in global logistics, including imports/exports and customs regulations.
• Strong background in procurement, inventory management, and developing inventory controls.
• Excellent contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Skills in data analysis and communication of complex information to executives.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language fluency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for procurement, inventory, sourcing, and logistics.
• Manage and develop teams for Purchasing and Inventory, setting KPIs and policies.
• Cultivate strategic supplier relationships across China and Asia.
• Source raw materials and subcontract manufacturing services effectively.
• Negotiate complex contracts, including Master Service Agreements and CAPEX agreements.
• Design supplier diversification and contingency strategies for material availability.
• Create inventory strategies that align Just-in-Time requirements with working capital needs.
• Oversee international logistics, including customs, tariffs, and transportation management.
