About the Role
We are Maersk, and we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Latin America Customer Experience organization, focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM). In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business, systems, and operations—supporting large-scale migrations, customer implementations, and process improvements across our SCM platform. You will work across complex, cross-functional environments, helping transition customers from legacy systems into our evolving supply chain platform while ensuring operational continuity and performance. This is a hands-on role that combines deep domain expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and project execution, offering high visibility across regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end SCM platform migrations, including both large-scale and self-service customer transitions
  • Act as the primary SME for supply chain processes, providing guidance, documentation, and process expertise across teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including integration, product, CX, and program management teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage system configurations, master data setup, and support integration activities during implementations
  • Drive process improvements using structured methodologies, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure alignment with governance and operational standards
  • Support business continuity, system issue resolution, and ongoing operational performance across SCM processes

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Supply Chain Management, 4PL, or end-to-end logistics operations is required
  • Experience supporting system implementations, migrations, or operational transformations within logistics environments

  • Solid understanding of SCM processes including PO management, origin operations, and documentation flows
  • Knowledge of supply chain platforms or legacy logistics systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and independence
  • Familiarity with project management or analytics tools is beneficial but not required
