Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Spain's political, regulatory, and stakeholder landscape.
• Proven advocacy and policy analysis expertise with a focus on influencing decisions.
• Master's degree in public policy, economics, political science, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan preferred, with advantages for Portuguese, French, or Arabic speakers.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on sustainable change.
• Leadership experience with a customer-first approach and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public affairs and advocacy strategies for key investments and infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze political, regulatory, and geopolitical developments for actionable insights.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government entities and community stakeholders.
• Advise senior leaders on stakeholder dynamics and policy risks impacting operations.
• Shape positioning on ports concerning key themes like automation and decarbonisation.
• Coordinate engagement strategy across Spain and neighboring markets with Port and Public Affairs teams.
• Support crisis management and operational resilience through stakeholder alignment.
