Full Job Description

As a Supply Chain/Logistics Manager, we rely on you to lead and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations for our Pendergrass, Georgia manufacturing plant. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials and finished goods move safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while supporting production, quality, and customer commitments.

You will make an impact by:
  • We lead and continuously improve inbound and outbound transportation strategies, including carrier and 3PL management.
  • We ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and on-time shipment of finished goods to our customers.
  • We oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material movement, and shipping.
  • We optimize freight cost, routing, packaging, and logistics processes.
  • We partner closely with production, materials, procurement, and planning teams to support plant performance.
  • We establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, service, cost, and efficiency.
  • We ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • We develop, coach, and engage logistics and warehouse teams in alignment with Siemens values.

Basic Qualifications:

The pay range for this position is $129,520 - $222,034 annually with a target incentive of 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
