Work You'll Do

Consultants will support client engagements focused on supply chain planning transformation across demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, and planning operating model design. This role will help clients improve planning performance, enable better decision-making, and implement process and technology changes that drive resiliency, service, and cost efficiency.

Consultants will work as part of cross-functional teams to analyze planning challenges, design future-state processes, support planning technology implementations, and help clients adopt leading practices across the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Support client engagements focused on supply chain planning process transformation
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional process and system designs
  • Support APS-related workstreams across supply chain planning including Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, DRP, MRP, and more
  • Work with client business and technology teams to improve supply chain planning enabled by APS capabilities
  • Contribute to design workshops, process mapping, testing, training, and deployment activities
  • Assist with integration design and coordination between AMS platforms and ERP solutions
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support day-to-day project delivery activities

Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, consulting, or industry operations.
  • Experience with one or more planning domains: demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, production planning, or S&OP/IBP.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
  • 2 years of deep functional experience with a Advanced Planning Solution such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, or another leading APS solution
  • Prior consulting experience or experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
  • Experience with supply chain planning improvement projects or supply chain technology implementation
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning master data, system parameters, and analytics
  • Understanding of broader ERP and supply chain processes
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 - $163,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
