We are seeking a Consultant, Supply Chain Planning to help clients improve planning across the supply chain. In this role, you will support projects focused on forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and business decision-making. You will work with Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to turn business needs into practical process and technology solutions.

As a Consultant, Supply Chain Planning on the Supply Chain and Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting supply chain planning projects across demand, supply, inventory, and sales and operations planning
  • Gathering business requirements and documenting current-state and future-state planning processes
  • Supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and adoption activities for planning tools and process changes
  • Analyzing planning, inventory, and service data to identify issues and support recommendations
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver project workstreams

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, sales and operations planning, integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning
  • 1+ years of experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes for supply chain planning initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience supporting design, testing, and deployment activities for supply chain planning implementations
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • 1+ years of experience with at least one supply chain planning platform, including SAP Integrated Business Planning, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning
  • Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, analytics, or operations
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or transformation programs
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL, Python, or Tableau for planning, reporting, or analysis
  • 3+ years of experience supporting workshops, user acceptance testing, and training activities
  • 3+ years of experience working with manufacturing, consumer, retail, life sciences, or industrial products organizations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,100 to $179,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
