Inventory & Data Management
  • Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and material health for assigned parts
  • Review and disposition excess, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory
  • Maintain accurate item and planning data within ERP/MRP systems

Communication & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide accurate, timely, and proactive material status updates to internal customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement to minimize disruptions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on material availability, lead-time reduction, and inventory optimization

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel required, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables)
  • Ability to communicate effectively across functions and multiple platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution
