Full Job Description
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products through our supply chain. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production processes to meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will be key in driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.

What will you do?
  • Define and Update Supply Parameters: Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management, including ramp-up and ramp-down, to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost.
  • Data Quality and Consistency: Ensure the quality and consistency of key data, such as lead time, quantity, and stocking policy.
  • Resources Balance: Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to manage customer needs and improve their performance through root cause actions, 8D, and Kaizen events.
  • Large Project Planning/Delivery: Manage planning and delivery for large projects to ensure warehouse availability.
  • Analyze inventory, planning, and procurement KPIs within SAP to identify improvement opportunities and enhance supply chain performance.

  • Proficient with using computers and familiar with applications (Q2C, access, excel).

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
