Requisition SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting the Materials department with the reports and data analysis that drive daily business decisions.
Job Functions / Responsibilities- Champion the data requirements for one segment of the business (PDC Planning, MDI, or Logistics) and support the other segments as necessary
- Lead advancements in data storage, organization, and usage
- Adhoc data requests and analyses
- System and data integrity maintenance
- Special projects, including six sigma and process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Skills / Competencies- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Understanding of supply chain management and data analytics best practices
- Understanding of data manipulation and visualization software programs
- Self-directed individual who is able to make sound business decisions when faced with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Data Analytics required
- 1+ year of relevant work experience, required; supply chain management experience preferred
- Proven data management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to make sound decisions when faced with ambiguity
- Self-directed individual able to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic and technical environment
- Familiarity with SQL, R Studio, Python, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Six sigma training and experience, knowledge of statistics

Additional Job Board InformationSalary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $70,500 - $96,690 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
