THE TEAM

The mission of theSupply Chain Workforce Planning Departmentis toplan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and ourSupply Chain Workforce Planningteam is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsibleformanaging our labour planning process to ensure we are scheduling the right people, in the right roles, at the right times. As the Associate, Workforce Planning, you will support with the long-term strategic approach to optimize our labour allocation and maximize our labour outputs in support of the success and growth of our Supply Chain operations. THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
