This role partners closely with Finance: procurement (the purchase requisition-to-purchase order lifecycle, approval matrix, and spend governance) reports to the Controller, and the Manager works with the Controller on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and category strategy. The Manager works in KULR's internal, AI-enabled operations platform for production control, work orders, kitting, labor, and warehouse execution, and NetSuite for inventory and accounting records, and is accountable for keeping the two in sync with zero drift.
The Manager leads a small execution team and is measured against a KPI framework spanning cost savings, on-time material availability, inventory accuracy, freight cost per shipment, and audit-ready compliance.
