About the Role:- The primary responsibility of a Supply Chain Analyst is to define, develop, manage, and measure global asset management strategies and processes.
- This role involves procuring goods and services, evaluating supplier performance, analyzing supply chain data, optimizing inventory and logistics operations, and driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall supply chain performance.
Job Title:Supply Chain Analyst IV
Key Responsibilities:- Review inbound freight information to accurately track and confirm receipt of inventory across multiple Distribution Centers (DCs).
- Coordinate weekly Purchase Order (PO) releases and proactively troubleshoot supply chain issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Update the allocation of available inventory across multiple demand channels on a daily basis using inbound freight reports and supply projection models.
- Coordinate the scheduled upload of allocation data, supplier commitments, and inventory planning information into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional (XFN) relationships with Supply Planning, Freight and Logistics, Procurement, Customer Experience (CX) or Commercial Operations, and other key stakeholders.
- Document, standardize, and streamline existing supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role/function
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on inventory operations, inventory management, supply planning, and end-to-end supply chain planning.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively with multiple Cross-Functional (XFN) teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to analyze inventory and freight reports, identify discrepancies, interpret data, and drive timely resolution through data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; familiarity with ERP platforms is preferred.
- Experience using supply chain planning, inventory planning, demand planning, and supply planning systems to support forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $74,800 - $1,24,800 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
