Supply Chain Analyst III
Onsite

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced supply chain analyst to enhance our operational processes through process management and advanced data analytics. This role requires a deep understanding of end to end supply chain functions, data analysis, cross functional partnership, and system/tooling enhancements. The successful candidate will take ownership of operation processes improvements, support projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current warehouse operations processes for inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Propose and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, productivity and reduce costs.
  • Serve as a liaison between the operations team and third-party vendors to coordinate routine activities - identify constraints and execute solutions and respond to daily process-related escalations. Track and follow up on open items and escalations. Provide ad hoc support to stakeholders, including data reporting, root cause analysis, and more.
  • Manage and implement updates to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following the time studies and change management process.
  • Evaluate and recommend supply chain system enhancements and other new technologies that enhance inventory tracking, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Assist in solution testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Work with data intelligence teams to develop metrics dashboards, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and conduct regular sync meetings and training sessions to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed of process changes and updates.
  • Strategic Thinking: Initiate or propose new strategies based on organizational goals and data insights.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time; support projects with data analysis, process mapping, and proposals for system enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain fields, data analytics and project management within an operations or logistics environment.
  • Strong proficiency in supply chain processes and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain or logistics operations through data-driven insights, process mapping/improvement, and time studies.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Strong data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to utilize advanced analytics to drive insights from operational data, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and manage a diverse team of stakeholders.

Pay range is $42 - $47 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
