Full Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Supply Chain & Aftermarket Manager owns the full seller-to-supplier relationship on RP Wholesale Network and serves as the primary owner of all aftermarket accounts. You will be the connective tissue between suppliers, sellers, internal operations, finance, product, and customer success - ensuring RPWN runs smoothly, suppliers perform to SLA, and the program continues to grow.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that combines hands-on operational work with strategic account management. If you thrive on owning a program end-to-end, building process from scratch, and making complex supplier relationships run like clockwork, this role was built for you.

AI Fluency & Modern Tooling

At RevolutionParts, we expect team members to actively use modern tools - including AI-powered systems - to improve decision-making, productivity, and quality of work.

This includes:

  • Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving
  • Exercising strong judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and ethical use
  • Continuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities evolve

Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Oversight & Pricing Integrity

Own RPWN GMV targets for both OE and aftermarket segments

Manage the RPWN performance dashboard and take swift action when suppliers fall out of SLA

Own day-to-day supplier and seller operations across the network

Resolve incoming payables and billables questions from suppliers and sellers

Manage outbound communications to activate or deactivate RPWN suppliers

Build and maintain an end-to-end program with clear guidelines on supplier performance and expectations

Coordinate with Catalog Operations on ingestion and catalog issues affecting suppliers

Enforce strict adherence to manufacturer brand guidelines and implement e-commerce best practices to ensure professional catalog presentation across all dealer sites

Take full ownership of manufacturer pricing accuracy within the RPWN

Regularly audit supplier performance against RPWN standards for shipping speed, communication transparency, and pricing accuracy

Validate OEM restrictions and brand eligibility before releasing new aftermarket brands

Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and implement solutions to improve network efficiency

Ensure all network activities align with broader company goals for customer success and operational excellence

Aftermarket Account Management & Relationship Growth

Serve as primary point of contact for all aftermarket accounts - aftermarket WDs, manufacturer suppliers, and aftermarket seller accounts

Maintain a regular meeting cadence with aftermarket accounts to drive adoption, retention, and GMV growth

Work directly with Implementation post new-account onboarding to ensure successful ramp

Identify and surface opportunities within aftermarket and OE supplier relationships to drive incremental GMV

Negotiate better co-op rates with suppliers on the RP Wholesale Network

Supplier Health, Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on supplier/seller health: onboarding status, co-op billing accuracy, fill rate, and escalation volume

Monitor key performance indicators including order fulfillment rates, shipping lead times, and pricing compliance scores

Provide regular reports to leadership on the health of the RP Network and recommend process improvements

Work directly with suppliers and Finance to ensure supplier payouts are accurate and timely

Enable ACH payouts in coordination with suppliers and Finance

Ensure seller billables are accurate and generated on a regular cadence

Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the primary RPWN and aftermarket subject matter expert for Customer Success - deliver training sessions and maintain internal/external documentation

Partner closely with the RPWN Product Manager to identify product gaps and opportunities that drive adoption and GMV

Collect structured feedback from clients and share product insights with the product team

Work with Support on RPWN and aftermarket inquiries

Collaborate effectively across departments to proactively drive new ideas, maintain alignment, and execute strategic initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Proven track record owning supplier or vendor relationships with measurable outcomes (fill rate, SLA compliance, GMV, or similar)
  • Strong operational instincts - you spot process gaps, build structure, and follow through
  • Comfortable working across departments: finance, product, CS, and operations
