Supply and Allocation Analyst

Hackettstown, NJ

The role of the Supply and Allocation Analyst is to ensure operational and analytical excellence in the management of constrained turn product, and fixed quantity seasonal and non-seasonal fixed quantity (NSFQ) items.

The action-oriented Supply and Allocation Analyst will be responsible for setting, tracking, validating, changing & cancelling all quotas in SAP order systems.

Own the management & development of communications and reporting for service, the execution of constrained stock processes, with a focus on service improvements and mutually beneficial, efficient process solutions.

What we are looking for:

Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Operations, or Order Management.
  • 2+ years in CPG, Supply Chain Analytics, or Forecasting role
  • Hands-on experience working within SAP (specifically order systems, quota management, or allocation/demand planning modules).
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Excel to analyze, validate, and reconcile data
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex supply data into clear, actionable updates for cross-functional partners (Sales, Planning, and Operations).
  • A collaborative, agile mindset with the willingness and aptitude to learn adjacent supply chain functions to provide cross-coverage and support team members.


Preferred:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling) with a proven ability to reconcile, validate, and troubleshoot discrepancies across multiple tracking sheets and databases.
  • Prior experience managing projects from scope to completion
  • Expertise In Supply Chain Continuous Improvement best practices
  • Prior experience specifically managing fair-share allocation, constrained inventory, seasonal/promotional stock, or non-seasonal fixed quantities (NSFQ).Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose, validate, and troubleshoot system/technical issues between ERP systems and offline trackers (such as SPOT or specialized seasonal trackers).
  • Proven experience acting as a "change agent"-collaborating closely with Supply Chain Planning to drive process transparency, alignment, and mutually beneficial solutions.


What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Execute and manage the end-to-end constrained stock process for nationally constrained turn items and customer-prioritized products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all seasonal promotions, special packs, and constrained stock quota configurations within the SAP order system.
  • Direct the review and processing of Early Delivery Requests (EDRs) to ensure the on-time execution of approved exceptions to Fixed Delivery Dates (FDDs) for designated customer accounts.
  • Collaborate regularly with Constraint Analysts, Sales Operations, and Seasonal Teams to receive, review, and align on customer quotas.
  • Execute and manage customer-level fixed quantities for turn products, ensuring fair share distribution and allocation of available inventory.
  • Perform daily and weekly system validations to audit, balance, and maintain data integrity between SAP, Seasonal, SPOT, and Constraint Trackers.
  • Own the development and distribution of service communications and reporting metrics to track process efficiency and allocation performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the resident analytical expert in solving operational issues and delivering key supply chain data.
  • Act as a critical change agent to drive transparent, collaborative, and highly cohesive partnerships with Supply Chain Planning.
  • Proactively develop cross-functional knowledge to support, collaborate with, and provide coverage for other team members.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 33.85 - USD 46.54
