Responsibilities:

This position has the following responsibilities:
  • Coordinating delivery crises management and providing supply chain expertise to solve crises
  • Interacting with various stakeholders (Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering) to minimize the impacts to the client's plants
  • Identifying root causes of crises through deep dive and problem solving
  • Applying lean manufacturing principles to improve manufacturing processes
  • Coordinating communication with stakeholders in crises situations
  • Monitoring high risk supplier in order to prevent crisis at our operations
  • Contributing to the development and way of working within the team
  • Serving as a key partner of Purchasing Operations groups regarding Supply Chain related issues


Job Requirements

Details:

  • 5 or more years of Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, and/or Supply chain experience, preferably from within the automotive industry
  • Supply chain development and crisis management skills
  • Flexibility and preparedness to travel with short notice
  • Ability to create concise reports and communicate to different audiences
