Responsibilities
Assess supplier processes using data analysis, audits, and inspections
Promote supplier performance by providing detailed reports to stakeholders
Conduct product inspections to identify and document defects
Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) with detailed findings
Collaborate with suppliers to identify root causes and defined corrective actions
Verify and validate corrective action implementation for SCAR closure
Act as the customer's advocate in addressing quality issues
