As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Danfoss Turbocor, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality and reliability of the components that power our innovative compressor technologies. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead supplier audits (quality systems, processes, and products) to ensure compliance with industry standards and Danfoss expectations
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturability and deliver consistent, high-quality components
  • Develop and track supplier performance metrics, sharing insights that drive continuous improvement
  • Act as a key point of contact between suppliers and internal teams, resolving quality issues and strengthening relationships
  • Manage nonconforming materials and corrective actions, ensuring root causes are addressed and issues do not recur
  • Partner with engineering and inspection teams to enhance incoming quality controls and validation processes, including first article approvals


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in supplier quality or supplier management (automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, data analysis, and project management
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work across global teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international)
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus
