Full Job Description
Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH, just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester, as a full-time Supplier Quality Engineer, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1 - 2 weeks.

If you enjoy working with suppliers, solving quality challenges, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on product quality and supplier performance.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers to ensure quality and performance standards are met
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements
  • Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, including corrective actions and SCARs
  • Review drawings, specifications, and inspection methods to ensure product compliance
  • Support new supplier selection and qualification activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and support root cause investigations and corrective action efforts

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and FDA requirements
  • Ability to interpret drawings, Bills of Materials, specifications, and inspection requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
