Could you be the full-time Supplier Performance Manager in Saint-Bruno we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier performance and operational excellence expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and results-driven team.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational performance of key suppliers for the Rolling Stock and Components division in North America. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality departments, driving supplier accountability and overseeing issue escalation and resolution processes, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of supplier performance reviews and capacity assessments, but also lead improvement initiatives to enhance procurement maturity and drive cost reduction opportunities.

We'll look to you for:
  • Driving the internal maintenance of Supplier Scorecards in the North America region, aligned with Domain panel strategies, Operational Supplier Performance, and Supplier Risk Assessment
  • Participating in team delivery center meetings to ensure accountability and efficient supplier issue escalation and closure
  • Coordinating supplier performance reviews in partnership with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality departments
  • Performing capacity and industrial assessments to ensure sustainability, monitor business continuity, and assess financial health
  • Engaging in performance reviews at supplier sites to identify key improvement and cost-reduction opportunities
  • Participating in procurement quality clinics to ensure the capitalization of lessons learned
  • Leading improvement actions to enhance procurement maturity in compliance with APSYS standards

  • Technical understanding of rolling stock and components products and supplier manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of the DFQ cycle and the ability to identify areas of improvement at suppliers
  • Proficiency in monitoring and challenging operational action plans involving cross-functional teams
  • Solid to advanced experience in Lean, Quality, Methods, and supply chain activities
  • Ability to perform under pressure and maintain resilience
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectively
  • Willingness to travel for business across North America
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
