Position SummaryThe
Supplier Diversity & Risk Manager serves as the center-of-excellence owner for policies, standards, tools, and performance management, enabling sourcing and procurement teams to consistently identify, assess, mitigate, and report on supplier risk while advancing a diverse and inclusive supplier ecosystem. This role partners cross-functionally to embed risk and diversity into category strategies, sourcing processes, and supplier lifecycle management, while driving maturity across the global procurement organization.
This role pays an annual salary of $120,000-$145,000 and is bonus eligible
Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.ResponsibilitiesSupplier Risk Management- Own and evolve the Supplier Risk Management framework, including risk domains, segmentation, assessment cadence, and escalation standards.
- Define enterprise standards for supplier due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and issue remediation.
- Partner with Global Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise risk requirements.
- Establish playbooks and guidance for sourcing teams to apply risk standards during RFPs, supplier onboarding, and contract renewals.
- Lead maturity assessments and continuous improvement of supplier risk capabilities.
Supplier Diversity - Strategy & Enablement- Own the Supplier Diversity Center of Excellence, including strategy, governance, and measurement.
- Define how diverse suppliers are identified, classified, and tracked across systems.
- Partner with category managers to embed diversity goals into category strategies and sourcing pipelines.
- Develop supplier development and capability-building approaches in partnership with sourcing and business teams.
- Ensure alignment with ESG, sustainability, and corporate DEI objectives.
Process, Tools & Data- Define end-to-end processes for supplier risk and diversity across the supplier lifecycle.
- Partner with VP of Global Procurement CoE to select, implement, and optimize third-party risk and supplier management tools.
- Ensure data integrity and consistent reporting across OVG systems and supplier platforms.
- Standardize KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and CSR disclosures.
Performance Management & Reporting- Establish enterprise KPIs for supplier risk exposure, mitigation effectiveness, and supplier diversity impact.
- Prepare executive-level reporting for Procurement leadership and CSR stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on trends, risk indicators, and maturity gaps.
Stakeholder Enablement & Change Management- Act as a thought leader and advisor within the Procurement Excellence team.
- Develop training, playbooks, and communications to drive adoption across OVG.
- Lead cross-functional forums focused on supplier risk trends and diversity performance.
- Support change management efforts as new standards, tools, and policies are introduced.
Additional ad-hoc responsibilities will be needed as the program grows and matures, list above is not exhaustive.
QualificationsRequired Attributes- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, risk, ESG, or procurement transformation.
- Experience designing and scaling frameworks or programs in a CoE or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing processes, supplier lifecycle management, and risk concepts.
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with third-party risk platforms, supplier management tools, or ESG/CSR reporting frameworks.
- Experience supporting procurement maturity or transformation initiatives.
