JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing assigned vendor relations and contract administration across Numotion's network of over 200 suppliers. This role focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships with key suppliers and industry leaders to drive performance and operational excellence. Directly lead contract negotiations, rebate programs, and oversight of supplier KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaborates on cross-border integration of supplier contracts with international operations.

The pay range for this position is $106,160-132,700 Salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cultivates & maintains influential relationships with key suppliers and industry leaders.
• Negotiates contracts and oversees the administration of contracts, rebate programs & supplier KPIs.
• Lead meetings with vendors to review performance trends, identify collaborative opportunities to improve results, set deadlines for improvement and track progress
• Work to improve on-time delivery performance and product quality.
• Lead and/or Co-lead integration of supplier contracts with Numotion's international operations.
• Cost reduction, payment terms & operational efficiency are primary KPIs
• Key performance indicators include cost reduction, payment terms, improved product quality, enhanced on-time delivery, and product serviceability improvements.
• Lead or assist with supplier-related customer escalations until satisfactorily closed.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission.
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion's policies and federal regulations.
• Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

§ 10+ years of proven ability to negotiate, administer, and optimize supplier contracts, including rebate programs and compliance tracking.

§ Experience cultivating strategic partnerships with suppliers and industry leaders to drive performance and collaboration.

§ Ability to analyze supplier KPIs, identify trends, and lead performance improvement initiatives.

§ Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities to influence vendor behavior and align supplier performance with organizational goals.

§ Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet).

§ Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on set priorities
