The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (NJ-1152-04) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 2026 Salary Range: $89,508.00 - $138,370.00/Year (includes locality)

The primary purpose of this position is to: Provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis. Oversees operation of the 568th Aircraft Maintenance Production Support Flight (KC-46) shop support functions in support of aircraft maintenance, overhaul and modification programs. Oversees pre-production, repair processes, and overall management of the depot program from depot input through Functional Check Flight (FCF) and delivery. Responsible for all aspects of aircraft depot work processes including planning, scheduling, and the maintenance portion of materiel management. Responsible for flight execution related to safety, quality, schedule and financial performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support.

2. Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.

3. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team.

4. Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization.

6. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options.

7. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.

8. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.

Additional Position Requirements:

1. Employee must obtain and maintain a secret security clearance for the position.

2. Employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include evenings and weekends and may be subject to recall. Incumbent may be required to report to work during base exercises, contingencies, or emergency situations and overtime/comp time/credit hours may be required to accomplish assigned duties.

3. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
