Summary

You will serve as a Supervisory Management Specialist at the Band 4 level at Cryptologic Warfare Group SIX for CWG-SIX.

Duties

Help

  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for administrative policy and procedural guidance to senior leadership, six subordinate activities, one overseas detachment, and other affiliated personnel and units.
  • You will research, gather, assemble, and analyze facts to draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems.
  • You will collaborate across multiple levels within and external to the command.
  • You will maintain liaison with high level professionals at other government agencies to provide or obtain information on non-routine problems.
  • You will participate as an expert representative of the activity on panels and committees with commitment authority in the assigned area.

  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
  • This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
  • This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as:

1. Supervising military and civilian administrative support personnel at the command, setting operational priorities and directing workflow;

2. Analyzing, evaluating, and implementing administrative policies, directives, and tasking across the command;

3. Managing and implementing military administrative requirements such as personnel evaluations, official correspondence, awards, and pay and personnel systems for the command;

4. Performing extensive coordination within the organization and with external agencies to accomplish various tasks and ensure compliance with higher level requirements and deadlines to include Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)/Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) process;

AND 5. Advising senior leaders across the command and seven subordinates on military administrative programs, policies, and guidance.
