- You will serve as Division Director during absences of the Military Division Director and between
assignments of Military Division Directors. - You will coordinate the development of material and budget requirements for provisioning, replenishment,
procurement and repair of items supporting assigned equipment/programs.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Planning: Direct Integrated Weapon Support Teams with comprehensive ILS strategies to develop and deliver essential supply support capabilities, ensuring mission readiness while minimizing sustainment costs. 2. Managing Human Resources: Directing multi-disciplinary civilian/military workforces, workforce planning, performance management, and labor relations/EEO. 3. Partnering: Principal advisor to executive leadership, high-level representation at external engagements, and policy interpretation/development. 4. Technical Product Data Management: Provide executive oversight on supply chain operations, provisioning, inventory management, allowancing, and material readiness.
