Where is the work:On-Site (5 days)
• Follow all policies, procedures, and standard work applicable to your position.
• Identify any gaps in your knowledge and work with leadership to remedy.
• Obtain a Tier I rating for the site 10 out of 12 months of the year, minimum.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and sales floor.
• We expect you to own and promote 5S behaviors in warehouse.
• It is expected that you lead the execution of cycle counts (parts & DSO) and assure goals are met for the month and quarter.
oIt is expected that you delegate tasks to your team accomplish this.
• Maintain correct BIN locations in both the showroom and warehouse.
• Stage, ship, and receive parts, equipment, and supplies within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain claims, bins action needed, return shelf, will call shelf
• Complete all daily, weekly, monthly safety requirements and report on Gensuite.
• It is expected that you manage timecards for your employees and submit them on time.
oIt is expected that you will only make corrective adjustments to employees time punches when they inform you via email or text that corrections need to be made. This should not be a regular occurrence.

• Communicate any safety related issues, questions, or concerns to leadership.
• Report at any safety concerns as soon as possible.
• Communicate 1 safety improvement recommendation to leadership each calendar year.
• Personal Cell phone usage will be kept to a minimum and will not be in use during operation of company vehicles or forklift.
• Comply with the company's drug and alcohol policies; maintaining a drug-free and alcohol-free work environment.
