Position Summary: Provides oversight of department daily operations, acting as a clinical resources and educator to department
Associates, internal and external customers. Plans, executes and monitors department performance
improvement activities as assigned. May perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Current and active California Social Work License. Master of Social Work Degree. Three (3) years of acute hospital clinical social work experience; previous management experience in clinical social work. Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates strong clinical skills through past clinical experiences. Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word,
Virtual Platforms (Zoom, Ring, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish
Salary range: $128,560 - $146,305 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
