As a Supervisor I, Site Services, you will lead a team of maintenance and service professionals to keep our facilities safe, reliable, and running at their best. You'll coordinate daily work across a range of maintenance activities, including routine maintenance to complex equipment repairs and facilities upkeep, while upholding high standards for safety, quality, and cost. In this frontline leadership role, you'll coach your team, partner across operations, and turn strategy into action on every shift.

At Phillips 66, Lead Forward is our leadership approach. It defines how leaders show up, make decisions, and support their teams while delivering results in a complex, fast-changing environment. Leaders at this level focus on setting clear direction, building trust, and helping their teams succeed. You're expected to act with integrity, make timely and thoughtful decisions, and take ownership of outcomes while supporting collaboration across teams. This role is about leading people well, even when priorities change or the path forward isn't always clear.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team of maintenance and service employees on your assigned shift, clearly explaining daily plans so everyone understands what needs to be done and how it supports broader site goals.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign short-term work schedules and resources to meet time, quality, and cost targets while balancing reactive and planned work.
  • Oversee execution of site maintenance activities-from routine cleaning and caretaking to more complex carpentry, painting, plumbing, equipment installation, and repairs-ensuring work is completed safely and to standard.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate response to equipment and systems issues, including emergency repairs, using established maintenance procedures and escalating when needed to minimize downtime.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by applying safe systems of work, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coaching your team to work safely every day.
  • Build a cohesive, inclusive team environment by providing clear expectations, coaching and feedback, recognizing contributions, and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Collaborate across operations and support functions to coordinate multi-line activities, share information, and remove day-to-day obstacles so work flows smoothly across departments.
  • Monitor performance, quality, and maintenance metrics, using data and standard work processes to solve problems, drive continuous improvement, and make timely, practical decisions.
  • Adapt plans as conditions change, staying calm under pressure, clarifying priorities for the team, and helping others navigate ambiguity during outages, schedule changes, or unplanned work.

    • Climb ladders and stairs up to 200 feet
    • Work safely near large, hot, high-speed machines, around chemicals and hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat, and in harsh weather conditions
    • Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment
