Job Purpose and ImpactAs the Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor, you'll lead a team in repairing, maintaining, and installing machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems. We're seeking a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of feed mills experience, mechanical and industrial maintenance expertise, including 4 years leading teams.
Key Accountabilities - Develop preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with other plant functions for seamless support.
- Ensure safety guidelines adherence for employee wellbeing.
- Prioritize and assign tasks based on established plans.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
- Lead, develop, and make decisions on talent management.
QualificationsMinimum:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years of related work experience.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience managing tasks across multiple maintenance disciplines.
