Full Job Description
Summary:

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the paid search and social team for assigned clients, supporting Quigley's Activation department. In this role, your team will be responsible for the execution of strategy, campaigns, budgets, optimizations, and proactive recommendations.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Mentor team members professionally and technically
  • Oversee and manage a team to achieve company goals
  • Develop paid search and social strategies that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, budget allocation, etc.
  • Execute paid search and social campaigns across various media channels
  • Work closely with the Analytics team and internal stakeholders to develop performance reports
  • Lead client calls, instilling trust as a subject-matter expert
  • Optimize search and social campaigns week-over-week to meet client goals
  • Collaborate with team members across all departments
  • Manage relationships with search and social platform reps and other third-party vendors


Academic/Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in paid search and social marketing with a focus on e-commerce
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a competitive marketing agency focused on performance marketing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing people
  • Must have in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns and pulling levers in Meta and Google Ads (experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit is a plus)
  • Understanding of the consumer journey from awareness to conversion and ability to leverage insights to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Experience using Google Analytics for reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working competency in paid search is a plus
